Return & Refund Policy
At Lily and Lavender Soap Co. (Lily and Lavender LLC), customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the handmade and personal-care nature of our products, please review the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all soap and personal care products are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges once shipped or delivered.
We do not accept returns on:
• Used or opened products
• Products that have been tampered with
• Products purchased on sale or with promotional discounts
• Holiday, seasonal, or limited-edition items
Holiday, Seasonal & Limited-Edition Items
All holiday, seasonal, and limited-edition products are final sale and non-refundable, including but not limited to special releases, collaborations, themed collections, gift sets, and discontinued items.
Due to their limited availability, these items cannot be exchanged or replaced once sold out.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
Once verified, Lily and Lavender Soap Co may, at its discretion:
• Replace the item, or
• Issue a refund or store credit
Claims submitted outside of the 48-hour window may not be eligible for resolution.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will correct the issue by replacing the incorrect item or issuing a refund, at our discretion.
Allergic Reactions & Sensitivities
Because individual skin sensitivities vary, we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or dissatisfaction with scent, texture, or performance.
We strongly encourage reviewing ingredient lists and performing a patch test prior to use.
Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
Lily and Lavender Soap Co. (Lily and Lavender LLC) is not responsible for:
• Delays caused by the carrier
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will assist in filing a claim where applicable but cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days after approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable
KEEPING IT REAL
Every bar is a little work of art!
We handcraft and hand-cut each soap with care. Full-size bars are about 4 oz, and sample bars about 2 oz—perfect for trying something new!
Wrapped in pretty paper, hand-labeled with all the good stuff inside, and sealed in Biolefin, a plant-based, eco-friendly wrap—because we love the planet as much as your skin.
Small batches,
big personality: No two bars are exactly alike, so expect a little variation in color and shape. That’s part of the charm!

Face or body? Why not both!
Our natural soap bars are gentle enough for your face and tough enough for a full-body clean. Just wet your bar with warm water, lather for a few seconds, and let the bubbles do their magic wherever you need a refresh!
A quick tip: We always recommend a patch test first—just to be sure your skin loves our ingredients as much as we do.
Shelf life: About 8–12+ months when kept in the original packaging.
Want your bar to last longer? Store it in a cool, dry spot with good drainage after each use. Your soap will thank you!
