Product Use & Safety

All products sold by Lily and Lavender Soap Co. (Lily and Lavender LLC) are intended for external use only. Products should be used only as directed.

Our products are handcrafted and made using natural and/or cosmetic-grade ingredients; however, results may vary, and products may not be suitable for all skin types. Individual skin sensitivities, allergies, and reactions differ from person to person.

Products should not be ingested. Avoid contact with eyes. If product comes into contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical advice if irritation persists.

Patch Testing & Allergies

It is the sole responsibility of the consumer to perform a patch test prior to using any product on a larger area of the body. Lily and Lavender Soap Co. (Lily and Lavender LLC) strongly recommend testing the product on a small area of skin and waiting at least 24 hours to observe any reaction.

It is also the consumer’s responsibility to review the ingredient list carefully and ensure they are not allergic or sensitive to any ingredients used. All ingredients are clearly listed in each product description as well as on all packaged soap.

Adverse Reactions & Limitation of Liability

Lily and Lavender Soap Co. (Lily and Lavender LLC) is not responsible for any adverse reactions, irritation, allergic responses, or damages that may occur as a result of using our products.

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree that Lily and Lavender Soap Co. (Lily and Lavender LLC) shall not be held liable for:
• Misuse or improper use of products
• Failure to follow usage instructions
• Failure to perform a patch test
• Use by individuals with known allergies or sensitivities
• Accidental ingestion or exposure

Children & Pets

Products are not intended for use by children unless supervised by a responsible adult. Keep all products out of reach of children and pets. Lily and Lavender Soap Co. (Lily and Lavender LLC) is not responsible for misuse, ingestion, or exposure involving children or animals.

Storage & Handling

Proper storage is the responsibility of the consumer. Products should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, or moisture. Improper storage may affect product quality, appearance, texture, scent, or longevity.

Lily and Lavender Soap Co. (Lily and Lavender LLC) is not responsible for product degradation caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.

Shelf Life & Product Variations

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and the use of natural ingredients, color, scent, texture, and appearance may vary from batch to batch. These variations are normal and do not indicate a defect.

To ensure best quality, products should be used within a reasonable timeframe after purchase. Over time, natural products may lose scent, change color, or harden. Lily and Lavender Soap Co. (Lily and Lavender LLC) is not responsible for changes in product quality due to age or delayed use.

Medical Disclaimer

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or skin condition. There is no medical or pharmaceutical backing to our products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lily and Lavender Soap Co. (Lily and Lavender LLC) disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, and shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of its products.

Return & Refund Policy

At Lily and Lavender Soap Co. (Lily and Lavender LLC), customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the handmade and personal-care nature of our products, please review the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all soap and personal care products are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges once shipped or delivered.

We do not accept returns on:
• Used or opened products
• Products that have been tampered with
• Products purchased on sale or with promotional discounts

• Holiday, seasonal, or limited-edition items

Holiday, Seasonal & Limited-Edition Items

All holiday, seasonal, and limited-edition products are final sale and non-refundable, including but not limited to special releases, collaborations, themed collections, gift sets, and discontinued items.

Due to their limited availability, these items cannot be exchanged or replaced once sold out.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

Once verified, Lily and Lavender Soap Co may, at its discretion:
• Replace the item, or
• Issue a refund or store credit

Claims submitted outside of the 48-hour window may not be eligible for resolution.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will correct the issue by replacing the incorrect item or issuing a refund, at our discretion.

Allergic Reactions & Sensitivities

Because individual skin sensitivities vary, we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or dissatisfaction with scent, texture, or performance.

We strongly encourage reviewing ingredient lists and performing a patch test prior to use.

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

Lily and Lavender Soap Co. (Lily and Lavender LLC) is not responsible for:
• Delays caused by the carrier
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will assist in filing a claim where applicable but cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days after approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order with Lily and Lavender Soap Co. (Lily and Lavender LLC), you acknowledge and agree to all posted policies, including our Terms & Conditions and Return & Refund Policy.

Customers agree to contact Lily and Lavender Soap Co directly and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve any order-related issue before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with a payment processor or financial institution.

Chargebacks or disputes initiated for reasons that are clearly outlined in our policies as non-refundable, including but not limited to:
• Final sale items
• Holiday, seasonal, or limited-edition products
• Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities
• Dissatisfaction with scent, color, or performance
• Carrier delays or packages marked as delivered

may be considered invalid disputes.

In such cases, Lily and Lavender Soap Co. (Lily and Lavender LLC) reserves the right to submit evidence to the payment processor, including order records, delivery confirmation, and accepted policy terms.

Excessive or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
• Account suspension
• Refusal of future orders

Refunds or replacements, when approved, are the sole and exclusive remedies available to the customer.

Policy Updates

Lily and Lavender Soap Co. (Lily and Lavender LLC) reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

This policy applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
