Orders ship via USPS or UPS, and right now we’re keeping it cozy by shipping only within the Continental U.S. (48 states).
- Ground Advantage: Usually 2–5 business days
- International: Sorry friends, not available yet—but we’re dreaming big!
Processing Time
We handcraft every order with love, so please allow 1–7 business days for processing.
Once your goodies are on the move, you’ll get a tracking email so you can follow the journey!
Address Oops?
If you spot a typo in your shipping address, email us at lilylavendersoapco@gmail.com ASAP!
- If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll fix it.
- If it’s already out the door, it’s out of our hands (literally).
Returned orders? We can refund or reship if you cover the extra shipping cost.
If your address doesn’t exist when we try to ship, we’ll reach out. No response in 48 hours? The order gets canceled automatically.
Combining Orders
Placed more than one order? We’ll bundle them up like besties!
Prefer separate packages? Just let us know—we’re happy to keep them apart.
KEEPING IT REAL
Every bar is a little work of art!
We handcraft and hand-cut each soap with care. Full-size bars are about 4 oz, and sample bars about 2 oz—perfect for trying something new!
Wrapped in pretty paper, hand-labeled with all the good stuff inside, and sealed in Biolefin, a plant-based, eco-friendly wrap—because we love the planet as much as your skin.
Small batches,
big personality: No two bars are exactly alike, so expect a little variation in color and shape. That’s part of the charm!

use + care
Face or body? Why not both!
Our natural soap bars are gentle enough for your face and tough enough for a full-body clean. Just wet your bar with warm water, lather for a few seconds, and let the bubbles do their magic wherever you need a refresh!
A quick tip: We always recommend a patch test first—just to be sure your skin loves our ingredients as much as we do.
Shelf life: About 8–12+ months when kept in the original packaging.
Want your bar to last longer? Store it in a cool, dry spot with good drainage after each use. Your soap will thank you!
